Yes — that's one of the most important things the system does. During shift close, your staff enter the amount they've counted in the till. The system calculates what the sessions say they should have collected, then shows the discrepancy immediately. If it's zero, everything is balanced. If it's not, the number is visible before anyone leaves. No confrontation needed — the system shows the truth and everyone sees it at the same time.
You show them the record. Every session has a start timestamp and an end timestamp, locked in the moment the session closes. Your staff can pull up the session log and show the customer exactly what the clock said. The dispute usually ends right there. Customers who know this system is in place rarely raise the question in the first place.
The staff view is deliberately simple — start a session, end a session, record a balance, close the shift. That's it. Most staff understand the system within a few minutes of using it. There are no technical steps, no settings to configure, no complicated workflows. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this.
Yes. The admin dashboard is accessible from any phone or computer. You can see active sessions, today's revenue, open shifts, and outstanding balances in real time — without calling your staff or driving to the lounge. Several of our clients have second jobs and check in from their phone between commitments.
Each lounge gets its own private system on its own subdomain — separate data, separate staff, separate reports. If you own two lounges, you have two dashboards, each isolated from the other. We can set this up under the same account. Talk to us and we'll work out the right structure for your situation.
For the Online plan, yes — a basic internet connection is needed. The good news is that it doesn't require fast internet. A standard mobile data connection is sufficient for everything the system does. For areas with unreliable connectivity, we can discuss the self-hosted option which can be configured to run on a local network.
No contracts. The annual plan renews each year and you can stop at any time. The one-time plans have no ongoing obligation at all — you pay once and the system is yours. If you choose to stop using it, your data can be exported. We'd rather earn your continued use by being genuinely useful than keep you through obligation.
For the Online plan, typically within 24 hours of receiving your lounge details. We configure your system — consoles, pricing, staff accounts — and send you login credentials. For the self-hosted plan, timeline depends on your hosting setup, but we assist with installation and most setups complete within 48 hours.
